This return policy covers all such items ordered through our website and shipped to addresses in the United States. Returns must be sent to our Seattle, WA location. We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the United States.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in unused and resalable condition. Due to the nature of our handmade décor, toys, and accessories, we cannot accept returns on customized or personalized items unless they are defective. This policy applies to customers in the United States.

How to Return
